LOCATION: The only area of the Chantry Forest that was not destroyed in the fire of early Guardian in 9:44 Dragon, located roughly where the statue of Andraste was in the Kirkwall Chantry before it was destroyed.
DESCRIPTION: A slightly larger than life-size wooden statue of Andraste in a small clearing. The depiction is of a merging of her armored warrior and robed merciful aspects, a sword in her right hand, the left reaching out as if to offer aid to her supplicants. The wood is well-kept and polished.
NOTES: The statue and its glade's seemingly miraculous appearance after (and survival of) the forest fire has brought many supplicants to the feet of the carved Maker's Bride. The grove is meant to be open to all, and visitors are welcome to bring objects of remembrance. While not yet finished, there is space being planned for a memorial for those who died during the Kirkwall Incident.
