Sure! Alacruun's magic stems from intensive study and his own, innate magical nature, so he's a bit of wizard/sorcerer hybrid, in DnD terms. He can only cast or use magic a certain amount, depending on how powerful the spell is and how much energy he puts into it. Pre-nerf, this is likely to be powerful, both in terms of how much energy he can channel into those spells and the number of times per day he can use said powers. Post-nerf, I'm planning his repertoire to be extremely limited compared to his "canon" abilities and likely more taxing than usual. Feel free to just flat-out ban some of this stuff.
-Elemental damage tends to be either lightning or some sort of acid splash.
-The curse/disease expresses itself in a number of different ways, depending on type of spell and amount of damage caused. The weakest version is a disabling but not fatal disease that also passes very quickly - something like intense nausea (sometimes with vomiting) or a terrible fever and the shakes that leave someone barely able to pick up a sword. Both of these conditions can be shrugged off by someone with a strong constitution and pass within minutes, if not sooner. A much more powerful land more immediately fatal power involves a quick wasting disease that strikes within seconds and essentially causes a sort of necrosis or septic disease. This can be fatal or merely incredibly damaging.
-As noted, he can drain life force with a touch and use said life force to heal himself. This is basically psychic and physical vampirism via touch.
-He can stabilize someone who is mortally wounded with a touch; on his home plane this is a relatively simple spell to him and could be performed repeatedly.
-He may also temporarily strike someone blind or deaf (should his spell overcome them). this lasts about a minute.
-Can create (and control) zombies, skeletons, and other forms of lesser undead.
-Can speak to dead and ask them a limited number of questions (once per dead person).
-As a caveat, he can also return someone who is dead to life, but if they were missing limbs, those limbs remain missing. Less likely to use this one, because who wants someone disloyal?
-Other spells he uses include shapechanging, the magical ability to influence others attitudes toward him (i.e. some sort of Charm Person spell that makes people temporarily think he's their friend), and the ability to temporarily turn himself invisible. He is very focused on necromancy and as such, lacks some of the utility that other wizards might have.
