Your application has been approved, with the following notes:

↠ Please note that despite his prodigious language skills, Daniel will not be able to recognize or understand any native language of Thedas other than Trade, the common language of Thedas (despite that both canon and players use French for Orlesian, for instance). All Rifters arrive able to understand and be understood in Trade, but whether they can read/write it we leave up to individual players. Any other language will need to be learned in-game.

↠ We're ok with the general idea of Daniel's arrival dream, but the scope is greater and involves more advanced technology than we can allow all at once, and it also needs to adhere to our size requirements. Daniel can arrive with an chunk or two of flaming spaceship debris, each of which can be no larger than roughly the size of a grizzly bear, and which will already be irretrievably burned on arrival. He can also arrive with one of each of the alien weapons you list, but no guns, and the alien weapons will need to be destroyed by the end of the battle to close the rift.
