Your application has been approved, with the following note:

↠ Nuada can look more or less the same -- he'll arrive as an albino elf, so his coloring will be similar but nudged back over the line into 'unusual but of this world' rather than 'otherworldly weird parchment skin'. The major change is his eyes, which need to be normal with normal elf-sized irises and visible whites and so on. You don't need to re-do icons, just please make sure this stuff is clear in his info and that when you’re describing him or controlling NPCs’ reaction to him you write him in a way that makes clear that while he's weird, he's not obviously alien.

↠ He will arrive without the forest elemental.

↠ Given his extreme anti-human opinions, we'd also just like to make sure it's clear that if he starts talking loudly about killing humans there may be IC consequences, such as being confined indefinitely, and obviously any attempt to act out those goals could easily render the character unplayable.
