Your application has been approved, with the following notes:

↠ On arrival in Thedas Rufus will be a physically normal human, meaning his organs are all in the usual places. If his immortality previously allowed him to go without sleep/normal food/water, that will no longer be the case.

↠ Rufus' abilities won't protect him from magical damage (including damage from Templar abilities and the powers of other Rifters), which will heal only slightly faster than it would for a normal native.

↠ All rifters are fully susceptible to the Blight regardless of their other immunities.

↠ His ability to heal will in general be limited to what is possible through native healing magic, and he will be capable of exhausting its capacity, similar to magical fatigue. Successive wounds will heal more slowly and eventually stop healing altogether until he's had time to rest, and he can recover from, at most, one should-have-been-mortal injury per day. It will therefore be possible for him to die, if he receives enough serious injuries in a short amount of time, or if he receives a wound that native magical healing could not fix (such as beheading, being blown up, etc.)

↠ His strength and speed will be similarly capable of exhaustion if used continuously. Basically, think of them as being like spells he is casting. Bursts of speed or shows of force with some breaks between are fine, but continuously running at his highest speeds or holding something extremely heavy won't be sustainable for more than 10 or so minutes at a time.

↠ Rufus' consumption of blood or human/elven/etc. flesh would generally be viewed with horror by Thedosian natives and could potentially have wider consequences for the reputation and perception of the Inquisition and rifters as a group. For that reason, we advise you to be careful about what he does and who is aware of it IC, as there may be significant IC consequences depending on who finds out, up to and including indefinite confinement in the Gallows.
