ACCEPTED + NOTE

WELCOME

Your application has been approved, with the following note:
↠ Your canon point is up to you! We don't have a wait time for new canon and have decided not to implement one. Just please make sure you warn for spoilers in your subject lines for a few more weeks, if you decide to go with Endgame.

↠ Rather than physiological differences (which the humanization rules don't allow, for consistency's sake), any superhuman abilities in FR rely on magic; in Steve's case, it would be something akin to the Arcane Warrior specialization. This doesn't mean that he becomes a mage, and for the most part his durability and strength and so on will function exactly as he's used to, but it does mean that the process that's going on behind the scenes requires magical energy that can eventually be exhausted if used for extended periods without breaks, and Templar abilities, magebane, etc., will reduce him to the level of a normal (but ripped) human. This process isn't something he'd be aware of or able to impact except through the normal ways that humans experience and impact their own energy cycles (resting, eating, etc.).

↠ He will be able to heal only as fast as is possible with native healing magic. He can remain immune to illness, but he will not be immune to Blight corruption.

↠ We require items that belong to or are emblematic of a character to only be rifted in with that character. Cap's shield is the example we use in the rules, actually, and (for example) we wouldn't allow Tony Stark to rift in with Steve's shield from a canon point where it was in his possession. So in this case, Steve can arrive with a hammer, and it can deal electric damage (from the hammer itself like normal DA weapons, not calling down lightning from the sky) and come when summoned from within his line of sight, but it will need to be less powerful, not allow for flight, and lack Mjolnir's worthiness lock. If we get a rifter Thor who brings in the real Mjolnir at some point, then he and Cap can wrestle for it.

↠ And a footnote: the MCU wiki tends to label characters masters of basically any skill they exhibit in the slightest—like saying Steve has "exceptionally perfect charisma"—so your ability section as written in your app is great, but we're not necessarily approving the abilities as expanded on in the wiki link! As a general rule of thumb we ask people to be conservative about extrapolating or expanding skills and abilities, especially when someone has a lot of them already, and that wiki is basically doing the opposite.
