Drawing on the banned books idea + Lexie's contacts seems like a cool avenue. Maybe she could have made contact with a merchant fleeing, or looking to otherwise relocate some of his assets out of Tevinter. Or since she has chevalier family, maybe a chevalier contact gutted someone on the field and found their correspondence complaining about how repressive and dumb it is that they can't get the sequel to Venatori Twilight now. Or something.

I feel like there's a lot of leeway on research plots to thread discussions while it's going on in the background/about the conclusions they found as well (which could be neat with Lexie's letter-writing focus). What parts of it would you be most interested in playing out?
