↠ Being a Dreamer will count for one of Caius' specialization slots, and if you want to make use of any spells or glyphs for his amplification or other interests outside of those that already exist as base spells in the games, you'll need to propose those as part of a second specialization.

↠ We don't think he would necessarily be jailed (and certainly not indefinitely), since he isn't being involuntarily captured and so on, but how closely he was watched or if he was otherwise placed under restrictions would likely depend on how he and Alais presented themselves on arrival. So please make sure that you either play that conversation out with one or more of the Division Heads or get with them OOC to handwave it before you dive in.
