↠ While adapting canon characters into Thedas natives obviously necessitates some changes, we do expect AU'd characters to adhere to their canon characterization wherever possible. You indicated that you were changing Boyd's characterization by imposing some moral limits in this AU that he doesn't have in canon. Given that Thedas is generally more accepting of brutality than a modern-day/real-world setting, we don't believe that change is... justified. (We're sorry, we couldn't help it.) Please revise to make sure you're adhering to his canon characterization as much as the adaptation allows and if there are places where you feel things can't be translated into Dragon Age canon or are incompatible with his AU adaptation, please explain why.
