↠ Using a case by case basis regarding sensing other superhumans is fine! He won’t be able to detect mages by his sensing, but can detect other superhumans. Please also post a permissions post for this power, as it will be opt-in.

↠ Mitchel will be weakened in Thedas in terms of his resilience; if he does not normally need to sleep in canon due to his vampirism, he will find he does need to sleep with some regularity in Thedas. He will heal with rapidity similar to that possible with native healing magic and will remain immune to illness; he will not be immune to Blight corruption, so be careful there, though if he did contract it it would progress with unusual slowness. If he is in some way exploded, then he won’t be able to reassemble with vampire blood.

↠ Mitchell's super speed will be limited to the ability to rush forward a few yards at a time, in bursts, similar to the canon Fade Step ability.

↠ We will leave the extent of his inability to enter holy places up to you--you can keep it intact, reduce it to mild discomfort in all holy places, limit it only to human holy places or places specifically of worship, etc.--but however you decide to adapt it, keep in mind that a lot of places in Thedas are in some way considered holy by one group or another, including a lot of sites where plots may occur and sometimes entire forests or regions.
