Your application has been approved, with the following note:

↠ In terms of her ability to impact weapons, she will no longer be able to change them to rubber permanently, but she will be able to temporarily rubberize weapons. The length of the effect will vary, to allow you to decide what is most fun for any given thread, but it will not exceed five minutes. This will be strictly opt-in on the part of impacting player character weapons (vs. NPCs, to whom you can do what you want), so she may find there are times when the ability just doesn’t work at all.

↠ Clarisse’s sword will maintain its special qualities (assuming we have understood correctly, and that it does not harm non-magical beings but does harm magical ones).

In game this will mean that it can hurt mages, and anyone with an anchor shard who also has a similarly increased connection to the Fade. This means rifters who have powers, and anyone who has purchased anchor shard abilities with AC rewards. Others with anchor shards will be unaffected. One of the effects in-game will be that injuries inflicted by the blade can only be healed by magic, but may still leave a scar.

In terms of monsters, the sword will inflict more damage than a normal weapon on magical creatures, which includes dragons (and dragon-adjacent creatures), anything tainted or Fade-touched, and anything demonic, spirity, or possessed. These creatures also won’t be able to heal themselves of any injuries done by the sword. it won’t instantly kill any native creatures in game, aside from minor demons and spirits, things like wisps, wraiths, or demons that have already been weakened. Clarisse won't be able to successfully take on a dragon single handedly, as our goal with power nerfing is always to encourage collaboration over soloing, but she’ll be well prepared to help take things down!
