Your application has been approved, with the following note:

↠ Please use a permissions post for Waver's hypnosis abilities and make sure to only use it with OOC permission from players.

↠ Waver may be able to apply his knowledge of canonical alchemy and magic/enchantment as a knowledge base to make learning about Thedosian equivalents easier, but the processes and materials (herbs etc.) will not map exactly and will require some study. Additionally, Waver will not be able to enchant objects himself -- in Thedas making magic "stick" to an object outside the line of sight of a mage requires lyrium, which only dwarves and Tranquil can safely use.

↠ Waver can arrive with his cigars, and their barriers will be identical to native mages' barriers. He will not be able to produce more (see above re enchanting objects), but he can learn to produce a barrier without the cigars, if you'd like.
