↠ Thingol may be tall, but not 8' tall. Galadriel is 6'4" and Thranduil is 6'6". Thingol can be 6'8" or so to maintain his height superiority over them, if you'd like, but no taller. (He's welcome to be unhappy about being shrunk.)

↠ He will be required to eat, drink, and sleep to survive. He may not need to do so as much as most people, however.

↠ His immunity to disease will not extend to the Blight.
