↠ If you do decide to have the Doctor regenerate at any point, please contact us in advance to discuss it.

↠ The Doctor won't innately be able to understand Thedosian languages/communication, but if a similar effect can be accomplished through psychic/telepathic links, he can understand people within his line of sight who are speaking languages he doesn't know. (And of course he can retain his knowledge of languages from his own universe.) He will only be able to use these abilities on people within his line of sight; if they leave his line of sight, any link or lingering effects (such as putting someone to sleep) will break.

↠ We're not fully certain what seeing "all that was, is, what can be, and what must not be," entails, but in Thedas the Doctor will not have any omniscience as it related to the game plot. He may have an ability to see the recent pasts or immediate futures (within a few minutes to an hour) of people he looks at - please use a permissions post for this! He may also have unreliable "I've got a bad feeling about this" style impulses/instincts, but the ability will on the whole be weakened and difficult to use in a way that makes it feel, to him, as if he has had his access to it cut off or muffled by an external force. We may be able to make exceptions to this and give him greater visibility related to specific plots/events/etc. on a case-by-case basis! But on most days, it will be very limited.

↠ TARDIS: We don't allow spirits or secondary consciousnesses to be brought in through rifts with apped characters. How you'd like to handle this is up to you. If having him symbiotically reliant on something external is something you'd like to play with, that's fine, but any sapience the miniatarized TARDIS may have will vanish -- it will be more as if the rift has attempted to provide him with what he needs to survive by making something like a TARDIS, rather than the TARDIS he's used to. Alternatively, if you'd prefer, then he can be stabilized by the process of rifting into the game and not reliant on the TARDIS at all.
