I figured the language knowledge might be limited in this way, but thank you for the clarification.
You have a decent enough handle on what his ability to see timelines means. I'll add it to his permissions post. But personally, I only do anything with it for canons beyond Doctor Who that I know. Mostly it relates to knowing when an event is a "fixed Point" (IE: 79AD Mount Vesuvius eruption destroying Pompeii is fixed) or something in flux (probably 99.9% of the things in game). But I'm happy to explore different ideas for plot purposes, if this gave you ideas :D
Re the TARDIS: I think the easiest will be to have him be stabilized via Rifting, so that will change his intro a tad. That way if there's a plot or something, I can have him become destabilised for a brief time. Also, I can play with his confusion over being somewhat sane, even without his connection to her, it's always fun to confuse the Doctor.
