Unfortunately, per our rules, we don't allow more than a single AU and single OU/rifter version of any given character in the game at a time, including canon alternate versions of a character. We understand that this is a distinct iteration of the Doctor, but just as we wouldn't permit an MCU Bucky Barnes and a comics Bucky Barnes to be rifted into the game at the same time, we can't permit two iterations of the Doctor. You're welcome to create an AU adaption or reapply with a different character next month!
