This is a tricky question, because the whole "super human" thing definitely takes him far into the air... he'd leap up well above the trees and almost out of sight for sure! (Long enough that in game he disappears from the screen a bit... so I take that to mean it's higher than is natural. High enough he can strike at flying things too). But it's not like he'd be leaping over huge mountains or anything like that, or using it to some weird advantage that way: it's really more of a height than a length thing. It's limited also since he can't really fly or anything, he just jumps, disappears from the field and comes soaring down for a strike. Can't stay up there for any sustained length of time. It includes some degree of control over the air, the description for it is: "Spin lance and conjure a spiral of wind that launches the opponent into the air." Nothing super powerful, it definitely would not damage a surrounding area for instance... it would be targeted on the enemy.

In the description in his background material, it's simply that he cared for his father's dragon and it responded well to him in particular! I wanted to make sure that was in there in case it had any importance... whether or not it does, is totally up to you guys and any plots that unfold. Mostly it's that he himself feels a bit of connection to their kind as a dragoon and tries to emulate them.
