After only 10 years it's unlikely that he would be very far along in his Spirit Healer training, let alone be skilled in spirit magic plus all the other things you mention in you app, which would be unusually broad expertise even for a much more experienced mage. Please narrow down his skills and let us know what you'd like him to focus on!
