As discussed before you apped, travel through the Fade will change and limit some of Hermione's canon magical abilities.

↠ She'll be subject to the same line-of-sight limits as native mages, meaning she can only work magic on things(/people/etc.) that she can see and can only Apparate a distance of about ten yards, similar to the Fade Step ability in Dragon Age.

↠ She will find some magic substantially more taxing than it used to be. If (lol who are we kidding) When she does some research, she will find that it is much easier for her to do things that are roughly equivalent to native magic, while doing things that are outside the bounds of native magic are much more difficult. She will not be able to learn native Thedosian magic, but may find that studying with native mages-- in particular the way that they access and draw their power from the Fade-- can reduce the cost of accessing her canon abilities.

↠ Her wand will arrive with her, but will have been damaged on landing and will act up accordingly, sometimes sending spells awry.

↠ Her bag will arrive in Thedas with Hermione, but the extension charm will fail upon exit from the Fade, as will the extension charm on the tent within. Both of these items will explode due to being suddenly full of much more than they can hold, flinging the contents of the bag and the tent around the rift. All items may be recovered except for the invisibility cloak which cannot be found and the sword of Gryffindor, which will be picked up by a Red Templar.
