Your application has been approved, with the following notes:

↠ Obi-Wan will find that his abilities all require more effort than he is accustomed to, but pursuing learning about Thedosian magic and the way native mages manipulate reality via interaction with the Fade will assist him in more easily accessing his own canon powers.

↠ He will be subject to the same line-of-sight limitation as native mages, meaning his abilities will not work on things he cannot see.

↠ He will retain the ability to sense emotions and use Force suggestion, but its effectiveness will be inconsistent (allowing for PCs to opt out) and he won't be able to clearly read specific thoughts. He will also be unable to use his abilities on native animals, though he may have some success with animals arriving with other Rifters.

↠ His communicator will not be present when he arrives through the rift. His lightsaber will arrive with him, but it will have been significantly damaged. The Kyber crystal, however, will remain intact, and Obi-Wan will be able to reconstruct the other portions using native materials. They may not react the way he is accustomed to, so restoring his lightsaber to full function may take some tinkering.
