Before we can approve your application, we need to request a few changes!

Unfortunately, our limits on Dalish characters still apply to characters who were born to the Dalish but raised elsewhere. We're attempting to preserve the sense that the Dalish (and encounters with them) are very rare—so rare that alienage elves can believe they're myths and many are terrified at the sight of them—and characters with Dalish origins still undermine that idea even if they do not consider themselves Dalish.

If you're still interested in playing the character without Dalish birth parents, she's otherwise good to go and will be accepted with that revision! If the Dalish birth parents are required, we'll let you know if/when we loosen the cap.
