Your application has been approved, with the following note:

Barbara may arrive with a standard non-electric wheelchair, or she may arrive without a wheelchair at all and engineer one to be built out of materials available in-game--whichever you prefer.

At this time, we're going to say no to having her paralysis magically cured. While there aren't any clearly defined canon limits on Spirit Healing, we don't want to create a situation where potential future players of characters with similar disabilities would have to come up with excuses for their characters to forgo healing in order to continue playing them with those disabilities.

If this is something you still want to pursue after a few months in-game, feel free to contact us to discuss it. We may be able to work limited opportunities for more advanced healing into the game, but we can't make any guarantees and you should be prepared to play her with her disability indefinitely.
