Your application has been approved, with the following notes:

↠ As with all rifters, his powers will be subject to the same line of sight limitations as native mages, meaning he can only use them on things or people within his actual sight.

↠ The Blink ability will function like Fade Step, with the same distance and cooldown limitations. Bend Time will work as normal.

↠ Lyrium can work as a source of power for him the same way it does for native mages, and he'll be subject to similar side effects should he use too much. There are a few ways in which these effects are slightly different for rifters, so please let us know if this is ever a situation you intend to play out so we can give you more information.

↠ Jessamine's soul will not come through the rift with Corvo. But he is welcome to arrive in Thedas in possession of a normal, visible, non-talking human heart if you'd like.
