With the caveat that opening a rift at all should remain difficult as we've described previously and not something that those with anchors can just do when they feel like it, opening a rift while in the Fade would open one back into reality. However, because the Fade's landscape doesn't precisely match reality's—distances are different, a long journey in the Fade might be only a few feet in the real world or a few feet in the Fade might be miles in reality—where that opening opened up to would be anyone's guess. It would also attract demons fairly quickly.
