There are thousands and thousands of books on magic and the Fade! It's a very popular subject. Her contacts would advise that they will keep an eye out for anything unusual but that they will have better luck if Isabela can speak with some of the people researching and get a list of specific volumes or authors that they're interested in. We don't expect anyone to make up such a list OOC, but if she'd like to get involved approaching those PCs is probably the best way as it would otherwise take her an impossible amount of narrowing down to be able to provide anything useful.
