What with the upcoming crackdown on rifters one way or another Malcolm is going to duck out and head up north. He's not a rifter but he does have an anchor shard in his hand and sees that as reason enough to bail. How would the anchor leash work/feel/effect him as he's trying his damndest to get out of dodge?
