Obviously we can't say for sure until the character has been apped and a player plot request has been submitted, but this would probably be fine. Our main concerns would be what it is she's trying to steal and whether anyone is killed or seriously injured in the process, and whether there's reason to believe she might be working for the enemy. You'll probably want to make sure to avoid those things to make sure that this is possible.
