Hello! I have a few questions regarding 'is this ok for my character, or nah':
1 My character is a native, and a circle mage. He has a twin sister who is a Templar. I know children are taken from parents who give birth in the Circle, but I'm not sure about siblings. So long as a Templar is devoted to their faith and their duty (which she Very Much Is), do you think it would be possible for her to eventually be stationed at the same Circle he's in? (Her motive is to watch over him/she considers herself responsible for him, but not in a way that would openly break the rule of being detached enough to do her duty.)
2 Markham's Circle is mentioned once, but it's not stated, as far as I know, whether it still existed at the time of the separation of Chantry and Circle. Is it alright for my character to originally hail from that Circle, or should I pick a more solidly established Circle like Ostwick?
3 My character would offer to join the Inquisition to help 100% on his own, and unless the Inquisition suddenly completely denounces the Chantry and Circle, his loyalty to the Inquisition will have no reason to waver. It mentions natives may or may not be shardbearers, but also says 99% of characters will be. Would you prefer that he have an anchor sliver?

Thank you very much!
