Hello! "Half-elves" are possible in Fade Rift's world the same way they're possible in Dragon Age--basically, everything on this wiki page flies in Fade Rift as well. So:

OOC, elf-blooded characters are human. They might look a little elfy in places if you're paying very close attention, but not to the extent they cannot pass for human. They also won't have any elven abilities like night vision or (Trespasser spoilers) seeing the Crossroads in color. You can note that your character is elf-blooded on your app, of course! But if we're counting by race, we'll count them as human.

IC, if other characters are aware your character is elf-blooded, they may consider them a half-elf/half-breed rather than fully human.

We understand that the lore is a little self-contradictory and confusing, since in DA2 Feynriel complained about people being able to tell what he was. But the most recent word as of DA:I and the novels is that elf-blooded children are fully human, so we're going with that.
