Hello! Characters arrive while asleep, with the state of their health (as well as their clothing and accessories) based on their state in their dream at the time. If your character is unconscious due to injury at his canon point, he may arrive in Thedas injured or not. He may also arrive in a chicken suit with a truckload of eggs—whatever you want to say his projection of himself in a dream would be as of that point.

If your character does arrive injured, someone will likely be able to assist them. But we recommend against having a character arrive so injured that a modern-day paramedic couldn't keep them alive, since while we do have characters capable of miraculous, precipice-of-death level healing, they may or may not be available to participate in the arrival log.
