Another weird question from me because all I want to app are weird things but all I actually app are Myrs:

Would a dragon from a canon where dragons can shapeshift regularly and comfortably into humanoid forms (D&D, Dragonlance, Warcraft) count as "humanized" for FR purposes while still being able to shapeshift back to their dragon (or other) shapes?
