Hello! Thanks for asking about this. Unfortunately, other than a few grandfathered-in exceptions, we no longer allow characters to have children under appable age present with them in-game. Whether she was apped prior to her pregnancy or not would be up to you, but if she were pregnant at her canon point, she wouldn't be anymore when she arrived—though if that's the case we may be able to work with you to try to provide her some comfort/reassurance (most likely courtesy of the Fade), if that would help.
