We don't think there's a canon basis for extra abilities to linger after possession, so no, he won't be able to hear lyrium anymore than anyone else can—but most people can hear sounds from lyrium and red lyrium, just more of a faint hum than an actual song. (And being able to hear the song wouldn't help in this plot, regardless, if that's any consolation.)
