I have a question about Moira's powers, before I start contemplating apping her in earnest. She has the pseudo-sciencey ability to heal others, and drain it from others--either with her hands, or lobbing orbs at peoples' heads--and she has her nifty little backpack for helping her. I'm assuming that this probably wouldn't be allowed to function in-game. However, a certain amount of her abilities are also something that she's tuned her body for: she's seen experimenting on herself, and her arm has some weird glowing shit going on.

Basically: what amount of her abilities would be allowed in without all her nifty science gear.
