If it isn't clear from canon which of her abilities are inherent due to her genetic engineering and which are reliant on her equipment, we can't say for sure what abilities would continue to work in Fade Rift and how. We assume that her equipment serves a purpose to make it worth putting on in the morning, so it wouldn't make sense for her to not lose some power in the transition—but for whatever isn't already covered by canon, we would leave it up to you to come up with a plausible explanation for what's originating with her and what's originating from her machinery when you describe her abilities in her app, then work from there to nerf her as necessary.
