Hello! Without commenting on whether specific abilities could result from it, that would be generally possible! The anchor itself wouldn't play into it much, but spirits can recognize, bond with, and respond to rifters the same way they would natives who work with them for spirit healing or spirit warrior specializations. Off the top of our heads we've allowed spirits to fill in for a rifter's home-world version of spirits or deities with Jester, Willem, and Jang, so our responses to those apps or the ability adaptations detailed in the apps themselves will work for you as well.
