Apologies if this has been answered before — I tried to do a ctrl+f on the faq and didn't find anything in the answers!

I'm having some confusion (entirely on my part, because I tend to overthink these kinds of things) on what you guys mean by 'nerfed' when it comes to mind reading! It's one in a list of powers for Wanda, here, along with 'telekinesis' and 'psionic energy manipulation'. I understand that the mind reading will be nerfed, and have no issue with that — but does that mean the ability will be lessened? Or does it mean it will be taken away entirely?

I'm assuming it just means lessened, but again. Overthinking it.
