howdy!

so in the mcu and a lot of marvel, vibranium is kind of the metal to trump all metals, and because of bucky's specific circumstances, i'm not sure how that would translate for his vibranium prosthetic. while the functionality of the arm qualifies as the technology, the material itself can be overpowered also, as i imagine it would be the tier 4 equivalent of weaponry. given that, is vibranium itself allowed or would it need to be exchanged with a lesser material?

separately, one of the options i'm considering for his vibranium arm is also a thedosian swap for its functionality, but i'm also not sure on the in-world limitations that are acceptable. the most direct equivalent would be a dwarven steam-powered augment, but dwarven technology is technically controlled by the dwarven merchant's guild, so what is the stance on using dwarven technology as a substitute for a rifter? there are varying levels of this question too as there is the high technology known to exist in the deep roads (but technically lost) and the less refined equivalent used by surface dwarves, so if it is allowed, what degree of functionality would be okay (clunky vs. bianca level vs. fine motor control)?
