hello mods, quick q—if someone who claimed a named weapon/armor/whatever has dropped from the game, can someone new claim that named item? would length of time between drop and re-claim affect what items are eligible to be re-claimed? does that change if the named item has a quest associated with it that had to be run in-game to get it?
