Anders reopened the Clinic when the Inquisition moved to Kirkwall and shortly thereafter connected with people to help teach in a few logs. Who Knows: He's publicly (on the crystals) spoken about it, so it's safe to say everyone in the Inquisition has the potential to know. Most of Darktown knows there's a clinic and school there but his name is generally kept out of it. There have been a *lot* of witnesses/patients/students in the months they've been in Kirkwall.
