↠ We'll need you to make a minor tweak to Tavi's history because Nevarra City was overrun by possessed, red lyrium-tainted undead in an attack on Satnialia in 9:45 that forced the citizens to evacuate, mostly to Cumberland. The city was abandoned with the undead locked inside its walls. After a lot of those undead were used for another attack in 9:47, the Mortalitasi eventually took responsibility for returning the dead to their necropoli and restoring Nevarra City, but that's apparently still ongoing. Tavi would probably have been living instead in either Cumberland (huge city, coastal trade hub) or Hunter Fell (smaller river city, historic retreat of the royals and now seat of the Van Markham claimants to the throne).
