↠ During Kieran's time in the game as a child NPC, there was a player plot similar to what happens with Morrigan, Kieran, and Flemeth in Inquisition that ended in the removal of the Old God soul. Based on the app and the reference to having only been the OGB for the first ten years of his life we're assuming you're already aware of this and have included it in his history, and so we've evaluated his app on the understanding that the soul was removed, but if that's not what you had in mind please let us know so we can discuss.

↠ Kieran's knowledge from his childhood possession of the soul/power fragment/whatever it officially is now will need to be very limited. You can attribute this to a mix of the information that was available to him being cryptic and fragmented and hard for a child to understand in the first place—not a god's entire collection of memories and knowledge but more limited and jumbled impressions similar to pieces of dreams or the more selective whispers heard by the ancient magisters, just more/worse since Kieran was carrying it around with him—and forgetting childhood memories or being unsure now what was Urthemiel vs. just a child's imagination. He can have some (still cryptic and fragmented) lingering impressions of larger mysteries, sufficient to know that there's some kind of a question about some things, but not to know the answers.

↠ The OOC bottom line is that we want to make sure he's not going to be a walking spoiler for all the big new world-changing facts from Veilguard that we're hoping to let PCs discover in various ways. We'd like to avoid having someone hanging around who knows everything already and having to dance around why he doesn't just explain the lore mysteries to everyone else as they arise in game plots, so please take that into account in determining what sorts of memories he has.
